Hardship Application

The Matthew K. Marin Foundation is a non-profit organization designed specifically to help families in Western New York who are struggling. Whatever the hardship, we are committed to helping people overcome the difficulties they face and provide comfort in times of need.

All applications are reviewed by our selection committee who proudly donate their time to ensure rewards are delivered in a timely fashion. Applicants are encouraged to fill out the form below on behalf of yourself or someone you know who needs support.
